The Business and General Aviation Centre at Billlund Airport handles private and commercial flights carrying up to 10 passengers. Only very basic handling (HOTAC, Catering coordination etc.) can be carried out at the GA Center. Operators requiring full handling services (lavatory, fresh water, baggage handling etc.), are referred to Billund Handling.
Billund Handling handles scheduled flights and charter flights with aircrafts carrying more than 10 passengers.

Billund Airport is building a new Business and General Aviation Terminal, estimated opening 2012. Temporary facilities are located east of the construction site, in the terminal south of the runway. In these facilities you will find the following functions: Airport Office, briefing, MET office, Airport Reporting Office (ARO).

Flight documentation for scheduled and charter traffic is served via the airport office located at the passenger terminal north of the runway, while GA-traffic, private flying, taxi flights and cargo flight are served from the Business and General Aviation Centre.

Aircraft to be served at the Business and General Aviation Centre will be directed to a stand on the south apron by the TOWER ATC.

How to get to the Business and General Aviation Centre:

If you are coming by road, follow the road signs "Cargo/Taxifly".

There is a free car parking outside the terminal.

Once inside the terminal, go to the Airport Office on the first floor.

Departing passengers can gather and be picked up by the pilot in our Business Aviation Lounge.

The Business and General Aviation Centre will prepare a folder with NOTAMs, METARs, TAFs, upperwind and significant weather charts to be ready one hour before ETD. If you need hotac, catering etc., please let us know in advance.

In these cases we would appreciate an advance notice:

• You are flying a NON-Schengen flight, please state the number of passengers.
• You plan to stay over night
• You require refueling
• You require GPU for start up
• You need a taxi for your passengers, hotac, catering or other services
