Problems with your luggage?

If your luggage did not arrive or it was been damaged while traveling, please contact the luggage service. Here you can file a luggage report at the machines or through airport personnel.

Subsequently, you can always track your luggage via the airline's website by entering the report number you receive at the airport.

If you have questions regarding luggage, you should contact the Arrival Service on telephone 76 50 52 34 or via mail at ankomst@bll.dk. The phone lines are open from 08:00am to 10:00am and 3:00pm to 8:00pm.
If you have been travelling with Lufthansa, and you need to know the status of your luggage, you have to call BTI by phone +45 25 40 43 43. Regarding other inquiries, you can contact Lufhansa by mail.

If you have been travelling with KLM or Air France, you have to call by phone +45 35 15 80 37.
