Picking up your goods
If you are travelling to a country within the EU, you can choose to pick-up your goods either on departure or arrival at Billund Airport.
If you are travelling to a country outside the EU, you can only choose to pick-up your goods on departure from Billund Airport.
Pick-up on departure
If you have chosen to shop on the Online-Shop, you can choose to pick-up your goods at Billund Airport at the "Pick-up point Departures", which is located in the Duty-free shop.
Your goods will be ready no later than 2 hours before the selected pick-up time.
If you do not collect your goods by the agreed pick-up time, your purchase will be cancelled. Your payment will be voided without cost to you.
If you are unable to collect your goods at the selected pick-up time, please contact us by phone on +45 7650 5050 and we will try to find an alternative pick-up time.
Pick-up on arrival
If you have chosen to shop on the Online-Shop or in the airport shops and you are travelling to a country within the EU, you can choose to pick-up your goods on arrival at Billund Airport.
If you choose to pick-up your goods on arrival at Billund Airport, go to our delivery boxes, which is located right after going through customs.
Your goods will be ready no later than 2 hours before the selected pick-up time.
