Yes, if you are in your destination, you can buy products from our webshop. Buy cheap products on our online webshop, up to 24 hours before your arrival at Billund Airport.
How does it work?
After shopping, the employees will pack the products in a sealed bag and deliver it to the Pick Up Point. You will receive a text message on the phone that was registered when the products got bought. The text message will show you a code for unlocking the box, that contains your products.
The Pick Up Point is located after arrival through the customs to the right, where you can pick up your bag of products.
What is ’Shop & Collect’?
When you are buying products from the shops in Billund Airport, we can contain them in a free storage facility, until you return from your journey.

How Does the Pick Up Point work?
You will receive a delivery code on the phone number, that was registered when you paid for your products. Using the code in the Pick Up Point, will open the box containing your products.
Is the Pick Up Point system easy to use?
Yes, there is a display showing you what to do, when you pick up your bag of products. After you have entered the code received on your phone, the box will open automatic.
Please close the box after use.
