Driving permit and vehicle pass
Vehicles must be approved and the driver must complete a driving course
Driving permit
In order to drive a vehicle within the airport's restricted area, each employee must pass an online driving course at www.e-bll.dk (Driving Course Awareness) and then complete a practical driving course.
The application for a driving permit is completed by the person responsible for the ID-card/vehicle pass. The application form can be downloaded here and sent directly to id-kort@bll.dk

The drivers permit is graduated in the following 4 categories:
- K0: Gives permission to drive in the Golf-area and on the service roads (outside the C-SRA)
- K1: Gives permission to drive in the Golf-area and on the service roads (outside the C-SRA)
- K2: Gives permission to drive in the Golf-area, on the service roads, Apron North and Apron South
- K3: Gives permission to drive in the Golf-area, on the service roads, Apron North and Apron South as well as the maneuvering area
Vehicle Pass
To be granted access to airside and other security restricted areas a vehicle shall display a vehicle pass.
The vehicle pass shall be specific to the vehicle and display: registration number, the areas for which it is authorized to have access and the expiry date.
The application for a vehicle pass must be completed by the companies Id-card/vehicle pass responsible. Application form can be obtained here.
The application must either be delivered to Checkpoint Nord or sent as email (scan to pdf) to cpnord@bll.dk.
A vehicle pass is valid for 5 years.
