Our management team offer many years of valuable experience and industrial knowledge, and are well aware of tasks and functions along the combined value chain of ground handling in Billund Airport. The team is part of the joint management team across Billund Airport, which ensures close contact and coordination with other functions of the airport. Safety and quality are dedicated and prioritized focus areas of the management team in GHBA, as both are important topics to our customers, the airlines.

Regardless the purpose for traveling, be it leisure, vacation or business, representing the airline on the ground, we are one of the first contacts passengers meet in the airport. Across the airport, we pave the way for a seamless and smooth passage all the way to boarding the aircraft, seeing our guests off on a pleasant journey.

During handling of an aircraft, safety is of the essence and our highest priority. Passengers, fuel, cargo and other payloads must be weighed and loaded precisely. Safety, Precision and Service – in that order.

We receive the aircraft and perform an arrival check, load/unload the aircraft and perform a departure check before push-back.

Our Cleaning Department offers highly qualified cleaning services across the airport, including facility cleaning in buildings across the terminal, alongside with cleaning the aircrafts of our customers. Recently, related to COVID19 requirements, we execute a range of diversified cleaning requirements of our customers to ensure aircrafts are sanitized and safe to embark for both crew and passengers.

GHS is the single point of entry between our customers, the airlines, and Ground Handling Billund Airport.
