The ID-Card responsible manager is the main contact-person between the HR Department at Billund Airport and the company in question. Return of ID-Cards to Billund Airport
It is the responsibility of the ID-Card responsible manager to return all expired and un-used ID-Cards to the HR Department at Billund Airport. See the ‘Terms and Price’ list below.

Changes within your company
If your company has changed its CVR-number, name, is undergoing bankruptcy, or any other significant change, it is the responsibility of the ID-Card responsible manager to notify the HR Department at Billund Airport as soon as possible by e-mail at: [email protected]

New ID-Card responsible manager
If you need to change the ID-Card responsible manager, the new ID-Card responsible manager must complete and sign this form.

The existing ID-Card responsible manager must then submit the completed and signed form to the HR Department at Billund Airport by e-mail at: [email protected]

If the existing ID-Card responsible manager has left the company, the new form must then be submitted to the HR Department at Billund Airport by a legally authorized person at the company in question.
