Well-known supplier

If there is a need to take airport supplies and/or aircraft supplies (goods, spare parts, etc.) into the specially protected security area (including around the aircraft and in the access-protected areas of the terminal), a special permit must be obtained.

In order to obtain this permit, there are a number of prerequisites that must be met by the company.

Driving course K3, Basic course* DKK 1,600

Driving course K3, Continuing education DKK 500

*The stated price includes Danish language test, if the student does not already hold a radio certificate (N-BEG/N-JOR).

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

The company will be invoiced per ID card applied for. We recommend that the ID card is collected as soon as possible.

If the ID card is not collected within 4 months of receiving the application, the application form (and any online courses) will be deleted completely and you will have to apply again.

According to the Personal Data Act, the content of which can be read on the Danish Data Protection Agency's website, you have the right to be informed about the processing of personal data that we register electronically.

The main security guard at Billund Airport A/S stores personal data in an electronic register in relation to the issuance of ID cards, guest cards and car passes. This is information that is provided by you and your employer in connection with an application for either an ID card, guest card or car pass.

You are entitled to object in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act. You have the right to access the information that is registered about you.

If the information about you is incorrect, incomplete or misleading, you are entitled to have the stored information corrected or deleted.
