Cargo handling

There are three Cargo Handling companies in Billund Airport, Cargo Handling Billund Airport (CHBA), Spirit Air Cargo Handling and Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) From Pharma to DGR to Live Animals and to all types of general cargo, every commodity is handled in the terminals. For easy process, CHBA is also performing Ramp Handling activities on the dedicated cargo apron just outside the warehouse.

With a dedicated e-commerce facility spanning more than 4,000 m², BLL is rapidly expanding its e-commerce capabilities! Several regional flows are already being served, and there’s room for more.

Airport City

Through a longterm partnership with the biggest Danish pension fund, PensionDanmark, Billund Airport is building Airport City with an immediate focus on cargo and logistics facilities. Airport City will offer first line warehouses combined with office facilities and will address the requirements from local and international businesses with relation to airport and cargo activities.
